CultureLogic was built to solve a gap SJ King kept meeting as an operator: the culture of the organization you're about to buy, join, or compete with is the variable most likely to determine the outcome — and no available tool could measure it without the target's cooperation. He led five technology companies as CEO or President, taught Organizational Wisdom at the University of Oregon for thirteen years, and wrote See What Others Miss. The method was written before it was sold — which is why every analysis publishes its sources and states plainly what it could not see.
